Fall Color

Who knew there could be fall colors down in Houston?  I certainly did not expect to find this colorful group of trees in Brazos Bend State Park the other day.  Camera specs: Nikon D300 with 18-200mm VR lens at 70mm, f/8.0 @ 1/250 seconds, ISO 200.

Beautiful Sunset

The sunsets in Houston are lovely.  They are especially lovely after an evening rain storm.  I did not have much time to take photos of last night’s sunset and I found myself without a tripod.  However, I think you can appreciate the beauty in these photos.

Houston at Night
